Course Content	Trainee teachers have at least three years Iyengar yoga experience before commencing the two year Introductory teaching course. The training course concentrates on Introductory level postures, developing two aspects 1. Own work: alignment/extension/steadiness and stability/precision/direction. 2. Teaching: clear instruction/demonstrating performance/observation and correction/care of students and control of class.
